Le Marchande – Return Policy (7-Day Window)

We want you to love what you bring home from Le Marchande. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

• You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your item.
• After 7 days, items are considered final sale and are no longer eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at:

with the subject line: “Return”

In your email, include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return
• Photos of any damage or issues (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond with next steps and return shipping instructions.

3. Return Shipping

• Customer Responsibility: For most returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Le Marchande.
